Who are we?
Rising Development Baseball Academy
We are a new Baseball Academy in Windsor-Essex County that will strive to help our players succeed and reach their goals. We are here to help players from 8 to 18 years old become better baseball players on and off the field. We offer Group Training, Baseball Camps, Semi-Private, and Private Sessions to everyone of all levels.
We are an academy like no other, and we are here to bring Windsor-Essex County back to the golden years of baseball. The MLB uses 5 tools to grade baseball players (Hitting, Power, Speed, Arm, and Fielding) but, it is rare to find a 5 tool player at a young age. For that reason when looking for talent, scouts often recruit players that possess one or two tools, in hopes that players will develop an extra tool or two that could allow them to play at the Major League level.
What is our goal? It is to work on your weaknesses, enhance your strengths, and develop new tools that will open doors for you in the future. We saw the need, we heard the community, and we are here to stay and help you get to the next level! There are no shortcuts to success. If baseball is your passion and you want to get to the next level, then this program is for you!

Year-round training sessions are offered for players of ages 7-17. Follow our social media or subscribe to our emails to stay up to date!
Our training sessions consist of Agility, Conditioning, Defensive, and Hitting Development.

Book a private training for your team and work on different aspects of the game. We customized the training session based on your group/team's needs and will share valuable advice with players that they could use during their season.

Our Camps, Training Sessions, and Private Sessions will be at Riverside Minor League Baseball Facility and St. Clair College's Baseball/softball field. Great facilities with all the space and equipment that we need to take you to the next level!

We use Rapsodo, a data-driven device that will help us, you, and scouts understand your mechanics*. With Rapsodo we will be able to better explain and break down what you need to work on when it comes to your hitting or pitching mechanics.
