Who are we?

We are a committed group of coaches with the goal of developing, growing, and enhancing the quality of baseball players in Windsor-Essex County. As members of the Windsor-Essex County Baseball Community, we know the talent that our baseball players have. However, we understand that even though there are talented players, there is plenty of room for growth and development with the proper coaching. We are dedicated to working with every player to help them enhance their abilities, work on their weaknesses, and solidify their Strengths to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving game of baseball. 

We will have a qualified and experienced coaching staff. From International MLB free agent Drafted, International Representations, Provincial Championships, and National Championships, with some Certifications like MLB Coach for Development - Advanced Certificate, Rapsodo Pitching & Hitting Certificate, and more to come!

As coaches, we know that baseball is more than just a game, it is a sport that teaches discipline, teamwork, leadership, and respect that can be transferred to skills off of the field. We want all of our players at Rising Development Baseball Academy to become better players, citizens, and coaches through Baseball!
