elite Training

Elite Training is a focused high-quality training program designed to help you get to the next level! We will evaluate your mechanics, abilities, strength, and weaknesses, and will set goals every month to keep track of your progress and development while you work with us. We guarantee improvement at the end of the program and you will be "game ready" for your upcoming season.

There will be a selection process in which we will contact your summer coach and ask for a referral about your dedication, discipline, and performance as a player. If needed, We will have a workout. We will evaluate and look for the same tools that Major League scouts look for when they are seeking talent. Some of these tools are:

• Hitting (hitting stance, mechanics, swing, angle, bat speed, and power)
• Fielding (hands, mechanics, instinctive reactions on groundballs and flyballs, range and agility)
• Running (speed, base stealing potential, and first step reaction)
• Intangibles (competitiveness and aggressiveness)
• Arm (strength, speed, angle, delivery, breaking pitches, control, and command)

This program is open for all 13-17 years old players that want to be part of Elite Training. If you are interested in trying out, you MUST fill out the Elite Training Application and share it with us. Remember, only 8-12 spots will be available for this program.

After submitting your application, We will gather the information provided by all coaches and will select players based on their references. If accepted, you will receive an invitation via email and will be required to answer within 5 days from the day you received the invitation. Otherwise, your spot will be given to the next available prospect.

Only 8-12 players will be chosen for the Elite Training Program. We will focus on quality and repetitions. We will work on a ratio of 1 coach per 4 players. This will allow us to dedicate the perfect amount of time to each player to make adjustments, work on specific drills, and record the progress that we will see day by day. In a few words, we will focus on quality and not quantity. 

We will have 2 hours of practice, 3 times a week from January 9th, 2023 to April 14th, 2023 for a total of 84 hours of high-quality coaching and training. If you are chosen, we expect you to attend all of these practices or at least the majority. Remember, we want to help you succeed, but we need your best effort and dedication to achieve it.

If you are chosen to be one of our Elite players, your total fees will be $2,500.00 CAD (equivalent to $29.76 per hour), and this will include your Elite Training Package . There will be a mandatory $500.00 CAD deposit and will need to be made upfront to secure your spot (Payment date will be determined after the player selection is completed) and payment plans available if needed. A one-time payment discount will apply if the total fees are paid in full, and the total will now be $2,300.00 CAD (equivalent to $27.38 per hour). Refunds may apply.
