By enrolling at Rising Development Baseball Academy Inc. (RDBA), parents, guardians, and the participants understand the risk and assume full responsibility for all damages or injuries that may occur at any of the premises where RDBA provides its services. Parents and participants will not hold the owners, coaches, staff, agents, all associated facilities, managers, or any other members of RDBA accountable for any injury, loss of property, or damages that may occur during any activity or events. The parents, participants, or their guardians, agree to follow rules in place by Rising Development Baseball Academy and the associated facilities.

Other terms and conditions include:

By subscribing, you are agreeing to receive promotional, marketing, and communications about RDBA.
Participants, Parents, and/or their guardians, agree to be removed from the premises if they are not to follow the facility or RDBA rules and no refund will apply in this scenario.
The parents, participants, and guardians are not to share any of the coaching material with other coaches, players, or academies unless authorized by a member of RDBA.

By registering for any of our services, camps, and events with Rising Development Baseball Academy, I (the parent, guardian, or participant) do hereby grant authority to the staff at Rising Development Baseball Academy to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. I do hereby authorize Rising Development Baseball Academy and its assignees to utilize any photographs, pictures, videos, or other likenesses of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials.
