Refund Policy

Refund for Camps

1. Partial Refund: Must request a refund by 7 days before the first day of camp.*30% Administration Fee applies.
2. No Refund: No refunds apply if requested within 6 days of the start of the camp.

Refund for Private Group & Training Sessions

1. No Refund: No refunds applies.

Inclement Weather

1. If bad weather does not permit running a Camp, Private Groups, or Training Sessions, it will be subject to be rescheduled to an available date in the future and no refund will apply.
